Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly strategic B2C & E-Commerce Manager to spearhead our direct-to-consumer digital retail channels. In this role, you will hold ultimate accountability for leading our e-commerce team, designing high-growth performance strategies, and scaling our brand presence across major online platforms. You will bridge the gap between high-level advertising strategy and operational execution, ensuring our sales targets are met while maintaining strong partnerships with key platform stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA)
- Lead, mentor, and foster accountability within the B2C e-commerce team to drive high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee daily operations of the direct-to-consumer division, ensuring clear KPIs, streamlined workflows, and effective cross-departmental collaboration.
2. Performance & Strategic Planning
- Formulate and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic plans to maximize online market share, optimize user journeys, and improve customer retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify new growth levers and revenue streams.
3. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Take full ownership of the B2C and e-commerce profit and loss (P&L) statements, consistently driving initiatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Optimize pricing, promotional calendars, and inventory allocation across channels to maximize profitability.
4. Platform & Stakeholder Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for external platform partners, cultivating strong relationships with Account Managers (AM) and Relationship Managers (RM) at key e-commerce marketplaces.
- Leverage platform relationships to secure exclusive mega-campaign slots, visibility boosts, and early access to new feature rollouts.
5. Digital Advertising & Marketing Campaigns
- Oversee the end-to-end strategy and ROI of digital advertising campaigns (paid search, paid social, and marketplace ads).
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure ad spend is highly optimized, targeting is precise, and brand messaging remains consistent.
6. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Establish rigorous reporting frameworks to track, analyze, and present weekly and monthly B2C performance metrics (including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates).
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership to guide business decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in E-Commerce or B2C digital commerce management, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods or fast-growing retail sectors.
- Proven success in scaling online stores and meeting aggressive sales targets across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or native Shopify sites).
- Deep expertise in marketplace advertising tools, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing funnels.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills, with an established track record of managing relationships with platform AMs/RMs.
- Excellent team leadership capabilities with a focus on ownership, discipline, and building a continuous learning culture.
- Highly analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in data-driven reporting and spreadsheet-based analysis.
