Job Description
- Prospect and acquire new clients for corporate gatherings, meetings, workshops, birthday parties, engagement events, and other private or corporate events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and expand partnerships with companies, communities, and other potential business partners.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
- Achieve the company's venue booking and event sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Event Sales, or the Hospitality industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Having an existing network with companies, communities, or other institutions is an advantage.
- Able to prepare proposals, conduct follow-ups, and close sales deals effectively.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
