Role Overview

Your Mission: To design and execute a robust B2B sales engine, transforming JayJay into the go-to partner for corporate upskilling and digital transformation in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analytics to segment the market and identify key decision-makers (HR Directors, L&D Managers, CEOs)
  • Build and own the entire sales funnel, from cold outreach and lead qualification to high-stakes presentations and closing
  • Create and iterate on sales scripts, pitch decks, and commercial proposals tailored specifically to the nuances of the Indonesian business landscape
  • Maintain CRM integrity and track key performance metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC) to ensure full visibility of sales performance
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive retention and expansion (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Partner with the Marketing team to amplify JayJay's B2B brand and collaborate closely with the local operations team in Indonesia
  • Represent JayJay at industry events and networking opportunities in Jakarta, building and leveraging relationships with corporate decision-makers

Work Format

This is a fully remote, full-time position

Living in Jakarta is strongly preferred, to attend company events, network in person, and represent JayJay at industry gatherings

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in B2B sales or Business Development (EdTech, SaaS, or HR Tech experience is a major plus)
  • Proven track record in cold lead generation, negotiation, and closing complex deals
  • You don’t just “sell” — you use data to identify trends and optimize your approach
  • Native Indonesian speaker with Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (for seamless communication with our international leadership)
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is a significant advantage as we scale
  • An established network of corporate contacts from previous roles is a strong plus
