Your Mission
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, developing long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.
You won't simply sell packaging—you'll help businesses strengthen their brands through high-quality packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries.
* Conduct market research and prospect potential customers.
* Build relationships with purchasing managers, procurement teams, business owners, and key decision-makers.
* Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
* Prepare quotations and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for customers.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Customer visit and canvassing
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, printing, industrial products, or related industries.
* Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Confident meeting and engaging with business owners and corporate decision-makers.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
* Possesses a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and is willing to travel for client meetings.
