B2B Sales Team Leader (Full-Time)
Location: Cakung, East Jakarta (Work from Office)
PT Omid Health Style is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to lead and improve our B2B sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 2 years as a Sales Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Disciplined, responsible, target-oriented
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and business development plans.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Able to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and generate sales reports.
- Experienced in using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips when required.
- Experience in the FMCG, food & beverage, or food ingredients industry is a strong advantage.
- Has an existing network of B2B customers (distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, HORECA, modern trade, etc.) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is preferred.
