WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Onero is evolving from a project-based business into a recurring partnership-driven organization. We already have a strong client base, a comprehensive solutions portfolio, and a growing position as an Authorized ByteDance Lark Suite Partner in Indonesia. To support this growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative who can build genuine relationships with clients, understand their challenges, and help them identify the right solutions for their journey.
This role is not about pushing products. It is about listening, understanding, and guiding clients toward better outcomes.
We are looking for someone who can both cultivate opportunities and create them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities
- Manage leads and opportunities from first contact through closing
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives
- Recommend solutions that align with each client's situation and growth goals
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Proactively engage potential clients through networking, referrals, communities, events, and outreach initiatives
- Represent Onero at business events, industry gatherings, webinars, and networking activities
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, sales activities, and reporting in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sales through project delivery
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and recurring partnerships
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good command of both Indonesian and English
- Comfortable using modern collaboration and productivity tools
