- Identify and attract new clients (schools, educational centers, and other organizations).
- Conduct meetings and presentations for school administrators and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for the provision of educational products and services.
- Develop customized proposals based on clients' specific needs.
- Handle negotiations, address objections, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure contract execution.
- Participate in educational conferences, exhibitions, and other events to promote the company.
- Maintain accurate records and use CRM tools to track client interactions.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in education, technology, or services (1–3 years).
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure agreements.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian education system is a plus.
