Job Description
- Manage and develop B2B sales strategies to drive the company's revenue growth
- Set team and individual sales targets and ensure their optimal achievement
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to design a competitive and relevant sales program
- Monitor the pipeline and sales performance and submit periodic reports to the Director
- Monitoring activities, productivity, and execution quality of the sales team, including providing
- Operational backup when necessary Collaborate with the marketing team in lead generation activities and B2B campaigns
- Developing team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, motivation, and strengthening product knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in management, marketing, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years experience as B2B sales (preferably has experience as sales manager)
- Have experience in handling corporate account and/or project sales Has stong communication, negotiation, and business persuassion skills
- Accustomed to working with targets and monitoring sales
- Capable of creating strategies and problem solvings
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
