We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer handling, sales, and relationship management within the jewelry manufacturing industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling B2B customers, understanding their requirements, following up on business inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will also monitor sales activities and ensure customer needs are properly communicated and followed up throughout the process.

Qualifications
- Preferably D3/S1 in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with Google Workspace.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Able to follow up on customer inquiries, sales orders, and internal coordination.
- Willing to learn about jewelry products and the B2B jewelry manufacturing business.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
