Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales B2B

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in the training industry is a plus.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Pancoran Mas, Depok

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B clients to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals and sales presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance regularly
