Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales B2B
• Proven experience in the training industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Pancoran Mas, Depok
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients to build a strong sales pipeline
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Develop and deliver customized proposals and sales presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance regularly
