B2B Sales Executive – Bali Hospitality
Location: Bali
Work Type: Full-time, field-based
Salary: Competitive monthly package + field allowance + sales incentive
We looking for a Bali-based B2B Sales Executive to help grow our hotel, villa, spa, private label and hospitality client base.
This is a field sales role. You will be expected to approach new clients, attend meetings, present samples, follow up properly, and keep opportunities moving when the Founder is not in Bali.
Responsibilities
* Find and approach hotels, villas, resorts, spas, and hospitality businesses in Bali
* Reach the right decision-makers: owners, GMs, purchasing, spa managers, villa managers, or operations teams
* Arrange and attend client meetings
* Present approved product information and samples
* Collect client needs, quantities, timelines, and sample feedback
* Follow up quotations, proposals, and next actions
* Keep simple but accurate pipeline records
* Coordinate client information with the Founder and team in Surabaya
* Escalate pricing, MOQ, production, technical, or contract matters before promising anything to clients
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years B2B sales / field sales / hospitality sales experience
* Experience selling to hotels, villas, resorts, spas, restaurants, or HORECA businesses is preferred
* Confident approaching new clients
* Strong follow-up discipline
* Professional Bahasa Indonesia and functional business English
* Bali-based
* Own motorcycle and valid driving licence
* Honest, organized, proactive, and able to work independently without daily supervision
