Work Arragement: Onsite - Yogyakarta
Internship Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6 WIB
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and business documents.
- Maintain accurate client, partner, vendor, and transaction records.
- Support Business Development activities with administrative and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and business correspondence.
- Monitor document status, contracts, payments, and other administrative processes.
- Prepare regular administrative reports and business summaries.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams as required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support tender, procurement, and client onboarding administration when required.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to business operations.
Qualifications
- Active student in final semester or fresh graduate (Diploma/S1) in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of business processes, invoicing, and commercial documentation.
- Eager to learn and grow within an IT company, software house, or technology services company.
- working proficiency in English is preferred.
