Act as the primary operational support for the B2B Hotel API business.
Bridge communication between Market Management (MM), B2B commercial, CS, and other internal stakeholders.
Assist the MM team in checking hotel mapping, availability, content, and distribution-related issues within b2b affiliate.
Handle daily operational inquiries from internal teams regarding hotel API performance and partner-related issues.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up.
Track ongoing issues, maintain proper documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Perform ad-hoc operational tasks related to B2B Hotel API as required.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan
.
1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, OTA, or API-related roles is preferred.
Good understanding of hotel operations is an advantage.
Strong coordination with the ability to work across multiple teams.
Comfortable working with operational dashboards and spreadsheets
Good written and spoken English.
