As a B2B Meeting Setter (Virtual Assistant – Freelance), you will play a key role in supporting our business growth by connecting with potential clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling high-quality meetings for our consulting team.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in B2B outreach, sales pipeline development, and client engagement in a consulting environment.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and research potential B2B prospects based on target market
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, or other communication channels
- Initiate conversations and build rapport with potential clients
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the consulting team
- Perform follow-ups to ensure meeting attendance
- Maintain and update prospect database in a structured manner
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with performance-based metrics
- Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proactive, disciplined, and responsive
- Interest in sales, business development, or consulting environment
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or telemarketing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, or CRM systems
Working Arrangement:
- Freelance / commission-based
- Fully remote with flexible working hours
