Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology industry (both project-based and product-based).
Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), cold outreach (email/call), and demand generation.
Proven experience in Public Relations and networking strategies to build relationships with stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in running digital ads on Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads, including budget management and ROI optimization.
Experience in content planning and strategy to create engaging and targeted marketing materials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the sales & marketing team.
