Bali Volleyball Academy (BVA)

Bali Volleyball Academy is looking for a communicative, proactive, and target-oriented candidate with strong negotiation skills to join our team as a B2B (Business-to-Business) Officer.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B, or Marketing is an advantage.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.

5. Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

6. Target-driven, active, proactive, and highly motivated with strong initiative.

7. Excellent networking and problem-solving skills.

8. Proficient in both spoken and written English.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

10. Willing to conduct business visits, meetings, and presentations with prospective business partners.

11. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
