Job Overview
The Parts Sales is responsible for driving sales of automotive spare parts through dealers, distributors, workshops, fleet customers, and retail channels. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual parts sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and workshops.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor customer demand and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints related to pricing, delivery, and product availability.
- Prepare sales forecasts and periodic business reports.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in automotive parts sales or aftermarket business.
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and distribution channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- KPIsGood command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to work on-site in Head Office, South Jakarta.
