Job Description
- Support daily logistics administration and documentation activities.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of import, Export, shipment, and goods receipt documents.
- Monitor shipment status and coordinate with freight forwarders, vendors, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in customs clearance processes and ensure all supporting documents are properly prepared and maintained.
- Maintain and update spare parts inventory data in the company system.
- Review documents for clearance from PPJK (PIB , SPPB, etc) and also support for Red-line clearance.
- Review port, customs, handling, storage, demurrage, detention, and logistics charges for correctness.
- Prepare periodic logistics reports and provide administrative support to the Logistics Supervisor.
- Manage and maintain HS Code, PIB, and other logistics-related documentation for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and other departments regarding logistics activities.
Qualifications
> Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
> Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Import-Export, Supply Chain, or a related function.
> Experience in handling automotive spare parts importation and inventory administration is highly preferred.
> Good understanding of import procedures and customs documentation, including PIB and HS Code classification.
> Knowledge of automotive spare parts and commercial/heavy vehicle products will be an advantage.
> Strong administrative and documentation management skills.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
> Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems.
> Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
> Good communication and coordination skills.
