We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and technically curious Automation Engineer to help transform manual processes into scalable solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with Operations, Product, and Technical teams to identify inefficiencies, design automation strategies, and build tools that improve productivity across our OTA (Online Travel Agency) ecosystem.

Job Descriptions:
- Design automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop automation tools and scripts using Python, APIs, AI tools, and other technologies.
- Automate data collection, processing, analysis, and workflow management tasks.
- Utilize prompt engineering and AI-assisted solutions to streamline business operations.
- Analyze data and operational workflows to uncover trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to drive process and productivity improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong Python, SQL, and automation skills.
- Experience with APIs, web scraping, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering.
- OTA, travel technology, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written English skills (will work in an English language environment).
- Ability to turn business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong proactivity, problem-solving, analytical & critical thinking.
- Applicants must submit a repository (GitHub, etc) and evidence of SQL & Python skills (certificate, GitHub, projects, etc).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Yogyakarta. Hybrid working is possible as per working agreement after the probation period.
