Assistant - CAD Drafter / CAD Designer
We are a newly established PMA company based in Semarang, Indonesia, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Assistant โ CAD Drafter / CAD Designer.
Job Description :
1. Prepare, develop, and revise technical drawings using CAD software for real estate development, building construction, and manufacturing projects.Create detailed 2D drawings and, where required, 3D models based on design concepts, project specifications, and engineering requirements.
2. Develop architectural, structural, layout, fabrication, or production drawings according to the companys project needs.Interpret sketches, design concepts, engineering specifications, and technical documentation into accurate drawings.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, production teams, and other relevant departments to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
4. Review and update drawings based on design revisions, site conditions, and project requirements.
5. Ensure drawings comply with applicable technical standards, dimensions, tolerances, and project specifications.
6. Organize and maintain drawing files, revisions, and technical documentation systematically.
7. Support project execution and manufacturing processes by providing accurate and timely technical drawings.
Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00
Qualifications :
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Drafter, CAD Designer, or in a similar technical drawing role.Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, SolidWorks, Revit, or other relevant CAD/3D software is an advantage.
3. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, and engineering details.
4. Strong understanding of drafting standards, drawing scales, dimensioning, and technical documentation.
5. Experience in property development, construction, fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred.
