We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and integrity-driven professional to join Lionel Group as a Finance Auditor. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring that the company's financial processes comply with internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applicable accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
The Finance Auditor will conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements, operational transactions, and internal control systems. This role goes beyond verifying financial figures by evaluating business processes to ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency, and risk mitigation across all financial activities.
As a company operating in the logistics industry—with high transaction volumes and dynamic operational complexity—the Finance Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring that every financial transaction, from billing and payments to financial recording, is accurate, transparent, and fully accountable.
In addition, the Finance Auditor will provide recommendations to improve internal controls, systems, and procedures, helping minimize errors, strengthen governance, and prevent fraud or financial irregularities.
The ideal candidate should be objective, independent, highly detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively present audit findings and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic internal audits of the company's financial statements.
- Review financial transactions to ensure compliance with company SOPs, internal policies, and applicable accounting standards.
- Perform audits on key financial cycles, including (Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash, and Bank transactions.)
- Review supporting documents such as invoices, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), payment vouchers, and other financial records.
- Analyze financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement, to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or irregularities.
- Identify financial risks, operational inefficiencies, and potential fraud indicators.
- Prepare comprehensive, well-structured, and easy-to-understand audit reports.
- Provide recommendations to improve internal controls, business processes, and financial procedures.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions from previous audit findings.
- Collaborate with the Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Management teams regarding audit findings and recommendations.
- Support external audit processes when required.
- Ensure all financial processes are transparent, accurate, compliant, and fully accountable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in auditing, preferably as an Internal Auditor.
- Experience in the logistics industryor companies with high transaction volumes is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and internal auditing principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and objectivity.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering audit findings and recommendations.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
