KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris is a member firm of Moore Global. We are currently looking for passionate and talented candidates to join our Audit practice to support its operation as Audit Technical Advisor Assistant Manager/Manager.
The Technical Advisor Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible to assist the Partners in establishing and maintaining a system of quality control to provide it with reasonable assurance that Moore Indonesia and its personnel comply with professional standards, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and policies and procedures as required by Moore Global; to ensure that reports issued by the firm or engagement partners are appropriate in the circumstances; and to contribute in professional developments of audit personnels.
Regulatory and compliance:
- Understand the applicable standards, code of ethics, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the relevant engagements and ensure the firm’s compliance in practice to those requirements
- Monitor accounting and auditing standards and regulatory developments, and socialize any relevant updates that may impact the firm’s practice, policies and procedures.
- Assist Partners in ensuring that all Moore Audit Methodology and Quality Management policies and procedures are understood by all audit personnels and are implemented appropriately and consistently, including its update and developments
- Assist Partners in ensuring that audit reports issued by the firm or engagement partners are appropriate in the circumstances
- Provide guidance and advice to audit personnels in developing awareness of the need to adhere to the best practice and code of ethics in relation to the firm’s practice
People development:
- Assist in rolling out internal annual trainings to continually develop professional skills of audit personnels
- Provide consultation to audit personnels in accounting and audit related issues Monitoring and reporting:
- Monitor the audit team’s compliance with Moore Global Audit Methodology, auditing standards and regulatory requirements through the performance of annual peer review process. Report to Partners on all review findings. Develop corrective action plans and track implementation status.
- Assist the Head of Technical Advisor Department in monitoring and ensuring that regulatory fillings to PPPK and Moore Global are fulfilled in time
Manage internal relationships:
- Maintain positive relationships with cross division partners, managers and other professionals
- Co-ordinate with other Technical Advisor Managers/Assistant Managers on joint training projects and peer reviews
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Prior external audit experience as Assistant Manager or Manager in Big 10 Public Accounting Firm (Big 4 will be an advantage) or any prior experience as technical advisor
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in accounting from reputable university
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian Auditing Standards (SA), Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), IFRS, and International Auditing Standards (ISA)
- Willing to be stationed in Jakarta, Indonesia
- CPA Certification for Indonesian citizens will be an advantage
- Preferably single (for expatriate candidates)
