Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems.
• Experienced in preventive maintenance planning and implementation.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
• Capable of preparing maintenance reports and monitoring engineering budgets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance documentation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.
