Join AKRUA Consulting as an Associate and play a vital role in delivering accounting, finance, and tax compliance services. You’ll prepare financial statements, assist in back-office processes, and help identify opportunities to improve our clients’ operations. Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting records for assigned client accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management reports for clients.
- Assist with tax compliance activities, including VAT, withholding taxes, and data preparation.
- Process invoices and support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock opname when required.
- Communicate with clients to obtain required information and ensure timely deliverables.
- Utilize cloud accounting software such as Xero, Jurnal, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and Indonesian taxation.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Spreadsheet/Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
