Responsibilities :
- Support Solution Architect in designing end-to-end solution architecture for applications, integrations, platforms, and enterprise initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain architecture artifacts such as architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, integration flows, deployment diagrams, API overview, and technical documentation.
- Conduct technical analysis covering scalability, availability, security, maintainability, observability, and integration considerations.
- Support architecture review, technical assessment, and solution validation activities for projects or product.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure implementation aligns with approved architecture standards and solution design.
- Work with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to validate deployment readiness, operational maintainability, monitoring, and security alignment.
- Assist in identifying technical risks, architectural gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across systems and platforms.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities involving cross-system integration or platform-related issues.
- Prepare Architecture Decision Records (ADR), technical analysis reports, and solution recommendations when required.
- Participate in architecture governance, standardization initiatives, technical discussions, and continuous improvement programs within Technology Strategy & Excellence.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in backend engineering, software development, platform engineering, system integration, or technical prototyping.
- Experience in backend service development using Java, Go, Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with API development, databases, middleware, message broker, caching, container technology, or backend platform components.
- Experience in prototype development, PoC, technical feasibility validation, benchmarking, lab testing, or technology exploration is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and root cause analysis capability.
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering teams, Solution Architect, Product Engineering, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills across Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
- Strong learning mindset with willingness to continuously explore modern architecture patterns, tools, and technologies.
- Familiar with REST API, relational database, NoSQL database, messaging systems, caching, CI/CD concepts, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
- Strong understanding of backend systems, API design, system integration, and distributed system fundamentals.
- Good understanding of architecture concepts such as microservices, event-driven architecture, scalability, observability, reliability, and security.
- Ability to read, analyze, and produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Ability to analyze technical feasibility, integration complexity, scalability impact, operational considerations, and architectural dependencies.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, solution architecture, cloud architecture, or integration architecture practices.
- Familiar with architecture frameworks or methodologies such as TOGAF, C4 Model, ADR (Architecture Decision Record), or Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Familiar with event streaming and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiar with observability and monitoring platforms such as OpenSearch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.
- Experience with API Gateway, service mesh, or enterprise integration platforms.
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience participating in architecture review, technical governance, Agile delivery, or DevSecOps initiatives.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as cloud certification, Kubernetes certification, TOGAF, or solution architecture certification is considered an advantage.
