About the Company
Token Asia Indonesia is a Korean-backed investment company supporting Korean enterprises entering and operating in Indonesia — spanning our digital rewards platform TOKSIA, product distribution, retail, and Korean content. We're looking for a hands-on team member to help us build partnerships, uncover opportunities, and sharpen our operations.
What You'll Do
Support planning, research & scheduling for strategic and new business projects
Coordinate communication between Korea HQ, the Director, and the Jakarta team
Assist projects across distribution, retail, digital services & business development
Conduct market / competitor research and prepare business reports
Identify partnerships and client prospects; prepare for meetings
Coordinate with consultants, vendors & external partners
Support corporate admin, compliance & official documentation
Support SNS operation, content planning & marketing materials
Provide translation across Korean / English / Indonesian as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (S1) — any major
1+ year in PM, operations, biz dev, or exec support
Professional English, written & spoken
Strong MS Office + AI / digital tool fluency
Fast learner, comfortable with broad scope
Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasks well
Accurate execution + proactive improvement mindset
Korean ability — preferred
SNS / content / marketing experience — preferred
