Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to take on the hybrid role of Project Manager and Business Analyst. This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta. The Associate Project Manager/Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, and will be expected to help in the production of project deliverables, such as reports and data analysis. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and produce clear and concise reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical software, such as Excel and R.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and are a confident communicator.
- Understanding of Kanban, SCRUM, Gitlab and Github.
