LanceSoft is looking for Junior IT Project Managers who are eager to grow their careers in the Telecommunications and IT industry.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Support end-to-end delivery of IT/Telco projects
✅ Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners
✅ Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
✅ Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Waterfall project activities
✅ Monitor project risks, issues, and action plans
✅ Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
✅ Help ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements
🎯 Requirements
✔ 1–2 years of experience in IT Project Management
✔ Understanding of Telecommunication industry and project environments
✔ Familiar with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
✔ Experience using project management tools such as:
Jira
Confluence
Microsoft Project
Trello
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
✔ Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
✔ Previous experience as a Software Engineer or Systems Analyst is a plus
✔ Willing to work from office (WFO Jakarta)
✔ Immediate joiners are preferred
