Deskripsi pekerjaan Associate Product Marketing Manager (for Glints TalentHunt) Glints
- Create and manage full-funnel digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness, increase activation, enhance lead conversion rate, and retain employers within the community
- Routinely analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, blockers and opportunities for improvements to achieve company goals
- Build, implement and manage leads nurturing programs leveraging on marketing automation tools for auto-targeting, including setting up email triggers, contact list targeting, leads scoring, leads assignment and performance attribution
- Develop marketing copywriting and communications content that appeals to target segments, and in alignment with content best practices and brand guideline
- Closely collaborate with both internal stakeholders (content, creative, brand, product and sales teams) and external agencies (digital marketing, writers, etc) to develop, deliver and optimise campaign deliverables to achieve targeted outcomes
- 3+ years of relevant working experience, Bachelors’ degree in marketing or equivalent
- Experience in digital marketing for business, with passion in data-driven marketing and enabling growth
- Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational
- Proven ability to flex, persist and be resourceful in challenging times, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
- Enjoys problem solving and challenging the status quo
- Is authentic, humble and honest, with a flair in communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-ins, support and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
- (Good to have) Experience in working with cross-geographical teams
