Role Description
Balancing both tax dispute resolution and proactive tax advisory.
Developing and implementing effective tax planning strategies to optimize corporate transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
Representing clients in the Tax Court for appeals, lawsuits, and related dispute resolution.
Assisting clients through tax audits, objections, and other administrative tax disputes.
Conducting in-depth legal research on taxation laws and complex corporate tax issues.
Drafting, reviewing, and preparing comprehensive legal documents and tax advisories.
Navigating the intersection of tax regulations and corporate law to provide strategic legal protection.
Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Licensed Advocate (PERADI)
Licensed Tax Lawyer/Tax Consultant (Izin Kuasa Hukum Pengadilan Pajak/BKP)
Certified in Brevet AB
Minimum 4 years of practicing experience
Strong understanding of tax law
Expertise in litigation
High level of commitment to ethical behavior
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Attention to detail and critical thinking
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
