PT Adikara Konsultama Nusantara is looking for a highly motivated and capable professional to join our team as an Associate Manager.
This role will be responsible for handling consulting projects end-to-end, while also providing strong technical and analytical support across various strategic engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage consulting projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client communications
- Develop financial models and conduct financial analysis
- Prepare business plans, business models, and strategic recommendations
- Create high-quality presentations and pitch decks for clients and investors
- Support feasibility studies, investment analysis, and strategic advisory projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project quality and timely delivery
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate finance, investment analysis, or strategic planning
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling and analytical thinking
- Proficient in PowerPoint presentation development and pitch deck preparation
- Strong understanding of business strategy, financial analysis, and project management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidates domiciled in Bekasi or nearby areas are highly preferred
