REQUIREMENTS:
Maximum age of 30
Having advocate license from PERADI
A law degree (S.H.) from reputable University with good academic result or a master degree of law is preferble
Excellent command in english is a must
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Capable of working under pressure, minimum supervision, self-motivated, result oriented, team player
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Having experience in advising and representing client in the process of civil or criminal law cases, bankruptcy, casess, state administrative, law cases, in general state court, court of commerce or state administrative court
Providing legal opinion, review, and drafting
Ensure efficient clients document handling an legal processing
Identifying new emerging legal and regulatory issues.
