Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed Associate (Litigation) to handle legal disputes from initial assessment through trial and post-judgment stages. This role requires strong litigation experience, legal drafting skills, and the ability to represent clients in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle litigation cases from initial case assessment to trial and post-judgment stages

Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal opinions

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations

Conduct legal research and develop case strategies based on applicable laws and precedents

Manage case files, evidence, and documentation in an organized and timely manner

Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court officials, and other stakeholders

Provide legal advice and updates to clients regarding case progress and risks

Assist in dispute resolution, including negotiation and settlement discussions

Ensure compliance with procedural rules and deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.)
• Licensed Advocate (PERADI)
• Proven experience in litigation (civil and/or criminal)
• Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive law
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English (Bahasa Indonesia required)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
