Job Description

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling with Project Manager
  • Maintain and update project timelines using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
  • Act as a liaison between developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute regular project updates (weekly/monthly reports or presentations)
  • Collect feedback from clients and relay it accurately to internal teams
  • Assist in preparing both internal and client-facing status reports
  • Identify potential project risks and report them to Project Manager
  • Log, track, and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (if Agile/Scrum is used)
  • Help maintain the product backlog and coordinate with Product Owners or Scrum Masters when needed
  • Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing is completed on schedule
  • Available to start immediately and open to a 6-month contract role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/software project coordination or management
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Familiar with Project Management and analysis tools (R Studio/Power BI/Python) is a plus
  • Available to start immediately and open to a 12 month-contract role
