Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Associate Account Manager at BigEvo.
Job Descriptions :
- Handles day to day administration of Client Management (work flow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking etc) and delights Clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work
- Builds and maintains good relationships with Client
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensures that Clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed
- Understanding existing clients business and grow them by educate & bring the solutions.Manage and supervise Team
Qualifications :
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience or min 3 years as Senior Account Executive
- Have experienced both digital and creative
- Good understanding of Media placement and Social Media
- Passionate with great responsibilities to serve clients & growing their business
- Great presentation skills both in English & Bahasa that focus on valuable insights & action plan
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gsheets, Gdocs, Gslide, etc
