Job requirements and qualifications
Associate job description contain the following requirements and qualifications:
1. with 2 - 4 years of relevant corporate experience
2. particularly representing companies through all stages of their life cycle and serving as “outside general counsel,” including day-to-day counseling through direct interactions with senior management
3. Negotiating and advising both issuers and investors with respect to venture capital financings and negotiating strategic transactions and acquisitions.
4. Excellent in English skill (spoken and written)
5. Competency:
a) Technical Ability: Legal Knowledge & Excellence, Matter Management, Drafting, Negotiating, Matter Completion
b) Good in client relationship management
c) Can work independently or teamwork
d) Having experience in business development and management effectiveness is value added
