Hi, We Are Social are currently looking for a Associate Account Director to join our expanding team working with brands across a wide variety of briefs from social media content, video production, strategy and digital assets.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for the day-to-day execution of accounts, from an operational, output, Client, and team management perspective
Accountable for the delivery of the growth and achievement of growth targets
Accountable for receiving positive Client feedback for all projects delivered
Manage and develop positive Client relationships
Manage and develop junior team members

Job Description:
1. Managing relationship with clients and internal team by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
2. Analyze clients performance to identify the problem to develop initiatives and propose practical solution
3. Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the managing director and account director) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
4. Work with the account director/manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
5. Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
6. Handle budgets, manage campaign costs and invoice clients
7. Make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.
Key requirements:
1. Having related working experience as Associate Accout Director in Creative Agency would be preferred (min.2 years)
2. A determined person, curious, initiative, eager to learn, persuasive, and energetic
3. Excellent presentation, report writing, excel and power point skills.
4. Excellent in problem solving and negotiation
5. Strong team player and highly initiative personality
