Job Description
Manage and coordinate the executive’s business and personal schedule, including meetings, appointments, and daily activities.
Handle communications such as emails, calls, messages, and other correspondence efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and administrative materials as needed.
Organize business and personal travel arrangements, including bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Assist in planning meetings, events, and special engagements.
Conduct research, collect information, and provide administrative support for executive decision-making.
Act as a contact person between the executive and internal or external parties.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Monitor deadlines, reminders, and key follow-up items.
Support both administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the executive’s activities run smoothly.
Maintain proper records, schedules, and documentation.
Take on additional responsibilities as required by the executive.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
Flexible, proactive, and responsive to changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
