Assistant Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily transportation operation, including airport transfers, hotel transfer, tours, VIP, and group movement.
- Coordinate vehicles, drivers, and transportation schedules to ensure safe, smooth and timely service.
- Manage transport vendor and resolve operational issues such as delays, breakdowns, driver absence, and last-minute change.
- Assist the Operation Manager in team supervision, operational planning, and service quality improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Transport, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or DMC, with strong experience in coordinating drivers, vehicles, vendors, and group transportation.
- MICE experience is highly preferred, particularly in corporate groups, incentive groups, conferences, exhibitions, or large group movements.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, with good English and knowledge of Bali transportation operations; able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
