- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role, ideally in events or hospitality.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle confidential information.
- Certification in Event or Project Management.
- Experience in live entertainment or hospitality industries.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
