🌿 Assistant Teacher Requirements:
• Practicing Islam upon the Qur’an and Sunnah with the understanding of the Salaf
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in a preschool / kindergarten setting
• Montessori diploma (preferred), or willingness to learn and be trained in Montessori
• Able to read the Qur’an correctly in accordance with the rules of tajwid
• Proficient in English (spoken & written)
• Passion for child-centered learning, with strong patience and communication skills
• Strong observation skills and ability to guide individual developmental progress
• Warm, responsible, and able to work collaboratively
• Experience working with young children (ADHD / sensory processing experience is a strong plus)
