We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support our classroom teachers in creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, communicates well with colleagues and parents, and is eager to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education. Candidates should be organized, responsible, and comfortable using English to support classroom activities. Fresh graduates with a genuine passion for early childhood education are welcome to apply.
Qualifications – Assistant Teacher
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Education, Psychology, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience working with young children aged 2–6 years is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a genuine passion for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Good classroom management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of child development and early childhood education practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to support classroom communication in English.
