Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant Store Manager PT. Sembilan Ohm Sembilan

PT. Sembilan Ohm Sembilan is a retail company operating in the fashion industry. We are the official distributor for the following brands: Melissa, Zaxy, Ipanema, Fred Perry, Nudie Jeans, Superga, 707 Store, Standard Denim, Art N Science, Carhartt, On, Stanley, and Atmos Indonesia.

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of products and interest in sports activities such as running, tennis, hiking, and other sports.

- Ensure product display and replenishment are maintained according to store standards.

- Deliver excellent customer service.

- Support daily store operations, including store opening & closing.

- Assist in training, developing, and motivating the store team.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1).

- 2–3 years of experience in retail store or similar positions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others and maintain a high business standard.

- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

- English skills are a plus.

- Interest or background in sports activities is preferred
