Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager at Hosel Driving Range will be responsible for supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. This full-time, on-site position is located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, coordinating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction, analyzing sales data to drive decisions, and training the sales team to ensure high performance. The role will also involve contributing to marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy and Business Development
- Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge in Market Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Sales Reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide coaching
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality, golf, or entertainment industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
