Jobs Description :
Support and manage Ocean Freight sales activities to achieve company sales targets
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, especially Mandarin-speaking clients, to support LX Pantos Indonesia business expansion
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational and sales processes
Conduct negotiations with customers and carriers regarding pricing, services, and shipment solutions
Provide suitable logistics solutions and service strategies based on customer needs
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics industry
Requirement :
Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written
Knowledgeable in freight forwarding business, logistics sales, or 3PL business
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sales in 3PL or Ocean Freight segment
Have basic knowledge and experience in export and import processes
Possess potential customer portfolios that can be developed using LX Pantos services
Able to handle tender management and prepare pricing simulations for selling and buying rates
Capable of providing logistics solutions and designing service strategies based on customer requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
