Suara Air Resort Ubud is looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and relationship-oriented Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team and support the resort's continued growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Sales & Marketing in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Drive room revenue through international leisure, travel agent, tour operator, corporate, retreat, villa, and group markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, villa partners, corporate accounts, retreat organizers, and strategic partners.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, property inspections, presentations, and networking activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into measurable revenue.
• Develop and promote packages, retreat programs, guest experiences, F&B promotions, and resort activities.
• Work closely with Revenue, Front Office, F&B, and Operations to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, guest segments, and new business opportunities.
• Support OTA, online distribution, and digital marketing activities in coordination with the E-Commerce/Revenue function.
• Support social media and promotional campaigns to strengthen the resort's brand positioning.
• Prepare sales reports, production reports, market analysis, and commercial performance reports.
• Represent the resort at sales events, networking events, travel-agent events, exhibitions, and industry activities.
• Contribute to achieving monthly and annual room and ancillary revenue targets.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
• Experience in Ubud, Bali, or the international leisure market is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales, market segmentation, and distribution channels.
• Good knowledge of OTA, travel agent, tour operator, corporate, leisure, and retreat markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, creative, target-oriented, and commercially minded.
• Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with other departments.
• Possess a valid driving license and be comfortable conducting external sales visits.
