We're looking for a driven and capable Assistant Restaurant Manager with strong leadership potential and ready to take on greater responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, supervise, and support the front of house team to maintain high service standards.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and performance driven working environment.
- Monitor daily operations, staff scheduling, and operational performance.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service related issues professionally.
- Ensure SOPs are consistently implemented and maintained across all operations.
- Identify operational improvements and proactively contribute to the restaurant's overall performance.
- Take ownership of operational responsibilities and demonstrate readiness to manage the restaurant independently.
Requirements
- WAJIB SUDAH BERDOMISILI DI BALI//MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN BALI.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Previous experience in a quality driven restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, guest relations, and service standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to make sound operational decisions.
- Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated to grow.
- Fluent in English
