Key Responsibilities
● Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, shift assignments, and service readiness.
● Oversee service quality, order flow, cleanliness, and guest complaint resolution.
● Coach front of house staff through briefings, training, and performance feedback.
● Monitor sales reports, inventory usage, and operational needs; propose improvements.
Kualifikasi
● Over 30 years old.
● Experience leading restaurant operations and making decisions during a shift.
● Minimum base pay must be confirmed before the vacancy is published.
