What we're looking for
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, or similar supervisory role within a food and beverage environment
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent customer service orientation with proven ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health and safety protocols, and restaurant operations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges
Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
A high level of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings
