Deskripsi pekerjaan Assistant Product Manager (Mandarin Speaker) Education Republic
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the overall China student recruitment project from planning to execution.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans targeting Indonesian students interested in studying in China.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Chinese universities and education providers.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and education fairs to promote Scholars Republic’s services.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to meet enrollment targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, visa policies, and university admission requirements.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken), strong command of English is an advantage.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in international student recruitment or education consulting, ideally focused on China.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Chinese higher education system and Indonesian student market is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field preferred.
